45 min training sessions stressing the fundamentals essential to young athlete development.

Athletes work individually with multiple performance coaches amongst a controlled number of fellow athletes. 

Performance Athlete

60 min sessions where the athlete follows a progressive training program built for their success. Athletes work individually with multiple performance coaches amongst a controlled number of fellow athletes.

Private Training

These 60 min sessions are ideal for athletes preferring a privatized training environment. These 60 min sessions are designed and instructed by a coach assigned solely to you from the commencement of your training.
